Conversation List: On the left, you’ll see a list of all your ongoing conversations, sorted by the most recent activity. Unread messages are highlighted, so you can quickly see what needs your attention.
Message Pane: The central area displays the full history of your conversation with a selected lead. You can scroll through all past messages to get complete context.
Composer: At the bottom, you’ll find the message composer. This is where you can write and send replies directly to your leads on LinkedIn without ever leaving Prezence AI.
Lead Context Panel: On the right, you get a full view of the lead you’re talking to. This panel shows their profile information, pipeline stage, ICP score, and any notes you’ve added. This means you have all the context you need to write a personalized and relevant message.
